CIN stands for Cervical Intraepithelia Neoplasia - see the wiki page - you can have grade I, II and III and then CIN IV is the same as cervical cancer.

HPV can cause this. HPV means Human Papilloma Virus

CIN 1 2 and 3 are the stages of cervical cancer. They relate to HPV because HPV can cause cercival cancer in women. Most of the time HPV clears on its own, but if not it can cause genital warts, and like I said, cervical cancer.
