I work in a Day Care Center, and have an employee who sits around and watches the children misbehave, rather than deal with the situation. I'm not exactly sure how to approach her, as she may get really mad and just walk out for good. I need her as an employee, but she really has to do something other than just sit. Any ideas on how to talk to her in a tactful and professional way? Thank You!

i have no idea what to do. i guess i'm just a teen with hormones but i'm now at a school where i live on my own, its a school for arts like singing and acting.. i sing, but anyway, i'm easily pressured into doing things that i normally wouldn't do.. now i'm being pressured to have sex and drink and there's a part of me that wants to but i know its not good. what should i do?

Here's my situation:

Im 20 years old, in college, and am single right now. I have met a girl who occasionally comes to my work whom I had physical attraction to and have asked out to a date to get to know her. But at the same time however, I met a girl in my classes at school whom I have come to like a lot, but have not made any "advances" or "moves" yet because I feel more than just a physical attraction.

I also flirt and keep my options open with many other girls I have had acquaintances with, but I am confused as to what I should do between those 2 girls I mentioned. I'm getting to know both of them as best I can but I am afraid that I might fall for one and still have to deal with being involved with another...

This all came about when I got back to the university and started to date around again for the first time in over a year. I get a lot of attention from ladies these days and I just don't know what to do...

Am I doing the right thing so far?

I am wondering still, and still playing,

In my thought experiment yesterday, I mentioned an implausible type of machine, I would like to point out a few things about the idea, that I think may have been missed, and then have peoples thoughts on those, its a game really.

So my machine involved having a 1000 meter shaft , down which a House sized giant metal ball is dropped, this ball drops the thousand feet, and then goes onto a Mill type system that then turn tilts the top ball in the mill, (which is at the top of the 1000m shaft) and so the the next ball drops, and again descends down the shaft...

In my thought experiment, it is not the mill which we would derive the power from, the mill is a very well balanced mill, which just accepts a ball, the change in the weight, makes the mill turn and the next ball drop, this is all the mill does...
So there is no power to be lost there..
