Depends what course you want. You can get on a course in humanities and arts with minimal marks [46% or so.] This is in the Uk; don't know about the States.

There are really no good marks. maybe a 3.0 or 3.5 GPA will do. I have seen people with the worst grades get into universities just by writing a well developed essay!

You can get into some kind of university unless you have all D's.
They will take all the money they can get their hands on. lol
