ok so im in 8th grade but i look like i should be in 10th. im not ugly but im not the hottest gurl in the school. i like this guy. lets say his name is Dan. Dan likesme also. but i think its only a crush. i really like him. but he doesnt talk a lot. actallly he hasnt said anythin to me at all..he seems shy. but around his friends he's not. and hes hot. i want him to like me more. i want him to talk to me. how do i do that. i really want to go out with him. i havnt ever had a bf. but almost every1 thinks i have dated like 100 guys by now. ~ not true. hes really hot. n i want him to stop being shy. i want him to talk to me! keep in mind that hes only in lunch with me and i only c himone during the school day. we also have assined seats. but i do wait next to him to get my lunch an i can talk to him a lil in between eating luch b/c our tables r near. but hes real shy. also he knos that i like him. an he knos my #. i keep writing my friend notes an he keeps reading them lol. buthes realshy

So I went in today for my 6 weeks exam after having my baby. I've still been bleeding and it's a big concern for me. And I was also feeling quite ill with stomach and back pains and dizziness. So I tell my doctor all of these things. And while talking with him I get emotional and start to cry a little. So he keeps asking me if I'm depressed. No, I'm not depressed, I'm concerned and I don't feel well. After examining my uterus he looks at my back and says to me "we need to get you exercising." Like I don't know I'm fat, I just had a baby and I'm still 55 pounds overweight from never losing from my last two pregnancies. Then he orders a urine test to check for a bladder infection. Once that comes out normal he sends me home. I still feel like crap and he hasn't found out what's wrong with me, but he's sending me home? Not to mention that he is constantly calling me Amy or by my daughters name. Am I being a hypochondriac? Or should he have checked more than that?

When I start talking with people, I usually have this drive, this confident feeling in me, but then after a while, I feel out of place and start to feel negative. My eyes look away from the person Im talking to and they can tell I feel very uncomfortable. Sometimes I kind of glare and maybe the person tlaking to me feels that Im not interested in what they have to say or that im being sarcastic. I'm recently divorced for the second time. My ex was incredibly insecure and was giving me a hard time because at 30+ I don't look 25 any more and I want a steady career because I can't be a model forever.

My problem is that he is one of these guys that everyone likes and I'm a woman who everyone has always joked about how many guys I must have because I'm fairly good looking even though I've never actually been promiscuous. During the divorce my husband hinted heavily to a lot of people including my family that I was cheating. I was doing no such thing but he was very mad because I wouldn't give up my career to be his housewife. Everyone believed him probably because they found it so easy to think the worst of me when I was the one complaining about him all the time.

What I want to know is whether other divorced women out there have had this kind of experience with a lying ex. Is there any way to clear your name or do you just look forward and try to do your best from here on out?

I always thought a US president could only serve 2 terms in office (ie 2 terms of 4 years) but i beleve Franklin D Roosevelt was elected for 4 terms?
So how many terms can a US president serve then? Am I right with 2 (which would mean rules have changed since Roosevelt's time) or can you serve more?

theres this boy i messed wit a little while ago. i dont like him or anything, we just messed around with each other once. now we did have sex once and he does have a girlfriend. but since that day we had sex, he has jus been acting so funny around me. he acts so different. i dont understand why he actin like this. i mean i really dont like him or nothin like that, we jus wanted to have sex with each other, but he is my friend. since he's my friend, should i ask him why he's been actin so strange or should i jus leave it alone and find another friend, becasue if i do ask him wats up, he probably will think i like him or something like that. so wat should i do about this?

I dialed a call to a friend's house and instead of connecting, I got a message that "part of ths call may be used to collect a debt" (it sounded like collect a DAT, actually - which threw me) and that this call may be monitored etc.... I hung up because it threw me. I live in Illinois. Is this some new debt collection tactic and is it legal?
