I just spent $1800- getting my transmission rebuilt. I had it for 2 wks, and it wouldnt shift. The mechenic shop came and got it to fix it again. This time since it was under warranty. They charged me another $584- for different parts on this transmission. I went and got the truck today, and it is leaking transmission fluid..Can I stop payment on the check I wrote today cause it is still not fixed? also, can I take them to small claims court for a refund? I dont want them touching it anymore. The truck had a puddle of trans fluid at the shop before I picked it up, they are denying it. Now my rear end is messed up also. What can I do leaglly? please help, they want to come get my truck tomorrow to put it back in the shop. the other part is they have had this vechicle for 9 weeks the second time around. Please Anyone with any advice would be appreciated. thanks so much

I have a group of friends and they ALL have boyfriends or is now talking to a boy and would eventually go out. There are mainly 5 of us. and 2 had boyfriends and the other 2 are talking to boys which would lead to them going out. I still dont have a boyfriend and I feel like an oddball. I like a boy but Im trying to get over him and I dont want him to know that I like him. I never had a kiss yet and Im almost 16. I had boyfriends but we never got to the point to where we kissed. Why is this happening to me? Is something wrong??

please help me my ex is stalking me and wont stay away or stop calling problem is i live like a minute away from him. he wont shut up about how i broke his heart and how upset he was when i dumped him the second time. he knows what i do what i eat where i go and what time i take a freaking shower ya'll plz tell me what to do cuz hes crazy today is his b-day and i was supposed to go over to his house but i stood him up. and now his bff likes me too. from any one plz tell me how you would handle this conflict. the reason i dumped him was because he was pressuring me into sexual activities i didnt want with him. but for some reason he dont understand that. plz help

I have several, but the two that annoy me the most are
1. Fake titties (breast implants). I'm 5"9,135 lbs and I'm naturally a 40 C. Genetics. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being a 34 C. Variety is the spice of life.
2. Women who ruin a "would be" perfect out fit by carrying the wrong hand bag. Where's the fashion police when you need them?

Ok so theres this guy that i have in a class and i think he really cute and nice and so on. im a really shy person and i dont have the guts to talk to him and even if i did how would i go about doing it when there is no reason for me to start a conversation. he said that what he looks for in a girl is that they have the confidence in going up and talking to him! probably the worst thing he could have said. what should i do? how do i start a conversation if i dont know if he even wants to talk to me?

I just asked a question about where to buy a pagent dress for my daughter and the second answer I got was putting me down and basically calling me selfish for doing that. As long as a parent is not going over board like Patsy Ramsey, or is forcing a child who has said that they don't want to do it, I see nothing wrong with it. My best friend in high school was in pagents from about 2 yrs old all the way till she was about 20. She had a storage building full of trophys and never complained, in fact once she turned 18, she entered herself in them. I asked a question pertaining to piercing a babies ears and had tons of people say there was nothing wrong with it, but people are critisizing pagents. How can something that shows off a childs beauty and talent be wrong, but something that causes pain for beautys sake be O.K.?
