please help me my ex is stalking me and wont stay away or stop calling problem is i live like a minute away from him. he wont shut up about how i broke his heart and how upset he was when i dumped him the second time. he knows what i do what i eat where i go and what time i take a freaking shower ya'll plz tell me what to do cuz hes crazy today is his b-day and i was supposed to go over to his house but i stood him up. and now his bff likes me too. from any one plz tell me how you would handle this conflict. the reason i dumped him was because he was pressuring me into sexual activities i didnt want with him. but for some reason he dont understand that. plz help

plz be careful!!-- stalkers, abusive men, whatever u want to say it-- this is dangerous!!-- if u have not done a 50b- do so. Get a new route, change ur #-- and if he was pressuring u n2 havin sex- he really didnt love u. If he has said to u, "if i cant have u, then no one can" dont take that lightly, i dont kno what type of person he is, (ex: gets mad wen he does not get his own way)-- but u really need to be careful, dont walk alone, tell people where u r goin, keep a journal, change ur #, and hav it unlisted, make sure if u and him had the same friends, keep that distance, or move.

Go to the Sheriff/Police and swear out a Peace Bond (restraining order). Once this is in place he cannot be within a certain distance of you without being subject to arrest. Get some witnesses lined up first to corroborate this stalking/threat behavior. Best of luck.

It looks like this scenario will unfold this way: (1) you will get a restraining order. (2) He will disobey it. (3) you will go to the police. (4) he'll kill you. (5) you'll turn up in bits and pieces over the years.
Because you're an idiot to be living one minute away from him, and you're an idiot to agree to go over to his house after dumping him for the second time.
Get out of town, get lost, and fast! And spend tonight in some safe, very public place, like the bus terminus.

Stalking is illegal in most states. Get a restraining order immediately. These things can go very badly very quickly. Don't wait and don't think about it go to the police immediately. Contact a women's support group right away they can help. The police or a local hospital can give you the contact information. Please don't wait!
