Let me guess, World of Warcraft widow?? LOL My husband is a huge gamer and I've found things to occupy my time. I go shopping, volunteer, and compute. My husband stays up late sometimes during the week and often on the weekend, most times I go to bed without him. We have been starting to do things together, went on a "date" last weekend. It is important to let him know how you feel and try and set some time aside for the two of you. As far as the sleeping goes, when he is tired of being tired, he'll start getting to bed earlier.

Sound like a Mental thing. I have severe ADD (taking meds for 16 years..its bad) I am very successful..not crazy...just overactive and have a tendancy to be a bit of a daydreamer, but the problem with people who do not deal with these things until they are an adult is that it can lead to depression. Bipolar and all of that. Insomnia at night..sleeping all day is a huge sign of Bipolar or ADD. Does he act like a spaz? Have a bad temper? LOVE sex or either absolutely hate it? Shitty with the bills? Freak out on your kids? Inatentive? Workaholic or can't keep a job?

Sounds like he is using his computer as a stress reliever, but to a bit of excess. I'd talk to him about it, tell him you are concerned. You might want to engage him in another activity to break the cycle of game play. Invite him for a walk or go out to dinner.

Same thing here with my daughter. There are lots of computer addicts who can't stop. It becomes more and more obsessive. Maybe you could talk with him about it and make him realize that you need some of his time, too. He should be able to compromise. Good luck!

My sympathies. I have one of those "winners" at home myself. Claims to be bipolar. Luckily, our days together are numbered. He won't have me around to interfere with his computer gaming and porn surfing...not that I interfere now anyway.
