when i went to the bathroom and changed my tampon the fresh one was causing me alot of pain and it got so bad i took it out and put a pad on.but when i stand up the pain is so baaaad that i cant stand long it feels really painful what could it be?? even as im sitting it is coming on strong and sharp.. it feels like sharp stabbing pains

I am writing a Personal Development Book.
I have seen many best seller strategy to write a book;
WRITING 2 PAGES everyday is enough.

Do you agree with that?

I am writing two pages everyday, but if I edit them they may be decrease 40% (pages).

Do you know any other STRATEGY that WORKS BEST?

this 'illness' has been greatly effecting my memory and concentration. To the point; I am currently at uni and am trying to do some assignments currenlty but my mind is just not working but i desperatly don't want to have to pull out of this semester it would be terrible for me. *thats the shape my eyebrows take, and when i get them waxed they comment on how pretty they are, but i hate them, there so thick at the beginning and so thin at the end, and thats how they grow, but im afraid if i take too much off ill look like i just saw a rat because my arch is so high...
