My girls are aged 9 and 11, what can I do to stop them fighting all the time even when I ask them to stop, they just keep going. They are also very disrespectful to me since my Husband passed away last year.

We've always been taught that a noun is a person, place, or thing. But God is really more like Movement than a thing. Wouldn't our language be better if we considered Him by what he does, rather than as static, like an idol?

My employer has annouced tomorrow as 'red, white, and blue' day (voluntary). I know 9/11 was sad and all, but I really don't want to dwell on it. Is anyone else getting weary of the endless patriotism around 9/11?

Yeah. So, Anyway. Why do Christians act like their religion is the only right one and that everyone who does not follow Jesus or has chosen their own path should die and suffer? Also, Why do most governmental politicians figure that everyone in the country is Christian?

I have no religion, And I am proud of it.

I have had my cat (my baby) for almost 7 years. And she has always liked to lick plastic bags- like the ones from the grocery store. I still can't figure out if she does it when she's nervous or wants attention or what (being a cat, her reason for doing it probably changes). She likes to lick people too, but other than that its just the plastic bags. Has anyone else ever seen this? Or have any ideas why she does it? Just wondering . . .

hi, i walk around the track and i havent done that like in 2 years. now i wanna start back, i do tae bo and have no problems, now i wanna walk around the trackand do 12 laps to get my metabolism up, and when i got to the 3rd lap, my lower back ached like , *(like around the kidney area) it was tired. and i had to take a seat. but like i said, tae bo is not a problem, what do u think is the problem

I'm M/28/72kg.5'7'' with BMI of 24.9. Have been working out for four months, doin cardio vascular and muscle training, taking complex carbs, cuttin on fats, having proteins drinking lots of. water, doin variation in excercise schedule every 6-8 weeks have lost 10 kgs but can see that thick line on the sides which refuse to go .
