Yeah. So, Anyway. Why do Christians act like their religion is the only right one and that everyone who does not follow Jesus or has chosen their own path should die and suffer? Also, Why do most governmental politicians figure that everyone in the country is Christian?

I have no religion, And I am proud of it.

Because too many people think that they have the right to criticize those who don't believe in the same things. And it's not only Christians that think they are better than everyone else. I see people of all religions raggin on people who don't believe what they do.

The law of non-contradiction says if 2 things diametrically contradict each other they can't both be true. All the religions of the world contradict each other and they all say they are coming from God. That only leaves 2 possibilities: 1)One is right and all the others are wrong 2) They're all wrong(that's got to be a logical possibility).
Let's just assume they're all wrong. Then there is no revelation on earth about God. But that doesn't make sense to me. Man has a natural inherant desire to know about God. We've never found a society that didn't have some kind of a religion. Why would men even set up a religion if he didn't want to know about God. Also, man hasn't been able to get rid of religion even through persecution. The communists tried that. So man does have a inherant desire to know about God. Why would God create man with a desire to know about Him but not leave any revelation about himself.
The only other possibility is that there is one revelation(or religion) out there that is a true revelation from God.
You might say "why do you think that christianity is that one true revelation"? Because christianity is the only revelation that has the signature of God on it. There are 333 prophecies in the old testament about the 1st coming of Jesus and 456 personal details about his life on earth. That means that if Mathew, Mark, Luke and John had decided not to write the 4 gospels we still could have re-created the life of Christ all from old testament prophecies of his life all written between 400 and 2000 years before he was born. That, in fact is how th very early christians preached the gospel just after Jesus died....from the old testament. The new testament hadn't been written yet. That kind of detailed prophecy shows a signature from God. No other Holy Book has that. There are also many other reasons why I think the bible is from God.
You might say, "maybe there is no God". Everywhere you look in the universe you see design. Where there is design there must be a designer. That's only common sense. Who could design a universe. Only a God.

Christians believe that Jesus is the only way to salvation. When you can prove otherwise, then maybe we'll listen. We believe that anyone who doesn't take Jesus as their personal savior will go to hell when they die. We are only trying to save people from that outcome. We don't wish all this on people, we just believe that it will happen.

I don't know why all governmental politicians assume that everyone in the country in Christian.....most of them (politicians) don't seem to be. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think honest people can be politicians.....and honesty is definitely an attribute where Christianity is concerned.

Be proud of the fact that you have no religion now, because I can guarantee that you won't be so proud if you haven't accepted Christ before you die. Hopefully, someone will get through to you before it's too late.

Many religions state that they are the only way, but NOT all of them do that. Xtians are just the most obnoxious. They don't mean to be obnoxious, but they have been brainwashed and programmed to be that way. They also feel a certain amount of elitism and superiority from their beliefs. Fear also has much to do with the xitan religion. Their whole belief system is structured to engender fear in it's participants. Fear breeds ignorance and hatred. They are commanded to not look outside the box. They are commanded to be like sheep. They do what they are told. It is the perfect religion to keep the masses in line. It is the perfect tool for oppression. It is the ultimate multi-level marketing strategy. What is most interesting to me is that xtians don't realize that they are following an ancient pagan religion. The ideas of heaven, hell, salvation and a dying/resurrected god have been around for thousands of years before xtianity or judaism were even thought of. They are just the new kids on the block, however they are more dangerous than their predecessors in that they have perfected the methods for recruitment, entrapment and control. Don't worry about the individual bible spewing parrots, it's the institution of the fundaMENTALs that we need to concern ourselves with.

If someone wants to live their life in fear of the myth of an atrocious, horrible god...I don't care. When they start infringing upon my rights...then we fight. Keep being proud. Not many of us escape the 'big machine'.

Everyone who has a religion, whether it's Christianity or not, believes theirs' is right. If they don't, then they don't really believe in their religion. We believe people will burn in hell if they are not saved because that's what the Bible says. It's that simple. Now, you don't have to believe that if you don't want to. If you are proud you don't have a religion, good for you. I hope you have a happy life, and I'm not going to put you down for it. As for me and my family, we serve the Lord.

I don't know why politicians think the way they do.

Christianity is true. I chose my own path, though the Way was made possible by Christ.

I do not believe that you should die because you are not a Christian. I do believe that you or anyone else will suffer outside of God's grace. This is not my personal theory; it is my experience. I suffered outside of God's grace.

You would have to ask the specific politicians you're referring to why they think that way, if they actually do.

It's all about money and power. In ancient times the priests were the ruling class. If you did something they didn't like or offended them or challenged them they would tell the people you were evil and not to associate with you.If you went against their orders you were excommunicated-which meant no-one in the community was allowed to even look at you, much less do any business with you or talk to you.You couldn't even buy food to live.People were in such fear of excommunication that they went along with whatever the priests said-no matter how ridiculous it was. They invented all sorts of "punishments" in the afterlife-such as "purgatory"and you could buy your relatives out of "purgatory"for the right price.No-one can prove anything about the afterlife so they could say whatever they wanted.Plus almost no-one could read back then and even fewer people were allowed to read the "scriptures".Traditions just followed the bullshit.

Christians feel so strongly about their religion because of the wonderful things that we experience by trusting Christ. We want everyone to be able to experience it as well. No other religion can claim the benefits that Christianity can. We don't want anyone to suffer in hell, but unfortunately that is where nonbelievers are headed

How funny. You are proud of.....Nothing.

I am just repeating what you said. No religion= Zero.

It is ok, that you have nothing, I do not care if you do not beleive, I don't ever care about attempting to convert you or anyone to become a christian. It's pointless and you just not worth the effort.

One God, One world, One Universe. It's all good.
