hi, i walk around the track and i havent done that like in 2 years. now i wanna start back, i do tae bo and have no problems, now i wanna walk around the trackand do 12 laps to get my metabolism up, and when i got to the 3rd lap, my lower back ached like , *(like around the kidney area) it was tired. and i had to take a seat. but like i said, tae bo is not a problem, what do u think is the problem

Do you vary your speed. Keep your shoulders back and breath in and out on a regular basis. Are you drinking fluids before and after your walk. It could be a pinched nerve in your lower back or even arms to make you lower back hurt.

You need to strengethen your tummy muscles. The more you work them the less you will feel that lower back ache.

Walking works the abdominal muscle (the muscle that wraps around your stomach and back.) It sounds to me like you're just overworking your abdominal muscle.

Sounds maybe like a posture problem. Try changing your shoes.

Stretch and if your back continues to hurt stop walking

Do less than 3 laps.

...and if it hurts when you stretch up your hand to the top shelf, don't keep anything on the top shelf.
