But at this point in time..
I'd say "Tangled Up in Blue" by Bob Dylan. The sound of the guitars is so beautiful and the lyrics are so poetic and thoughtful...
Even though I'm obviously not in his shoes, nor would I want to be: I feel a connection to his song that talks about loss and having struggled through life
Particularly, friendships/relationships are a struggle for me...

Duran Duran - definitely favorite band.
Favorite song is harder - "Save a Prayer", "Nightboat", "Reach Up For the Sunrise" come to mind. Each of them have certain meanings for me.
