OK, I know everything there is to losing weight. I know to drink water. Eat several small healthy meals. I know to eat more fresh fruit and veggies. Increase protein and eat healthy carbs. I know to drink lots of water and exercise. I know all this. I also know I really want to lose 20lbs but, that does not seem to be enough motivation. Especially when it comes to exercise. Any suggestions on how to just make yourself do the exercise! Sometimes I think I am just depressed or just plain old lazy because I hate to exercise! I have exercise dvds, tread mill, weights. The whole ball of wax and I just look at that stuff and walk away!
