Consult a good, recently passed psychiatrist preferably from NIMHANS or PGI Chandigarh. Actually the "how to be active?" part worries me. May be an early symptom of depression. Most people do not know what depression is. It has nothing to do with mind. It is simply a malfunction of hormones like diabetes and can ruin ones life. If u have it the psy will tell u what it is. Best is consult more than one psy so that there is no mistake in diagnosis.

First do some works, dont eat and sleep If you eat and sleep, then you wont do any work all times . So first,be in diet. If you are already lean, then eat well you wont feel sleepy . You will sleep only for the time.

Go out meet others, watch a movie you really want to know the outcome of, eat less at night. God knows there are actually so mnay ways. It is harder to sleep than stay up!

Eat less food keep hungry yourself and if you are Muslin pray "salatus tasbi" at night, for early to bed and early to rise is the way to be healty wealthy and wise.

That's easy, get a full restive nights sleep. The next day you'll be refreshed and able to run around as much as you want. :)

Buy some kind of Vitamins ... as i also take sometimes ... but for me i dun take often so i still stay weak smtimes but if i started takin it twice a day ...then m gonna b active as i took often before but now dunno y ..anyway u try takin vitamins
