Well the best thing you can do for yourself is to ask yourself if you can still trust him. If you have answered no or not sure then you may want to think about your relationship with him. Three years is a good time to spend with the same partner and you should well and truly know him by now. If you will be wondering in the future where is he?,what is he doing or who is he with well that is not a healthy relationship as it only leads to stress and mistrust. Cheating just does not happen if you love someone, it tends to happen when there is something missing from the relationship.

The other part of you is your heart and your heart doesn't have a mind. Therefore, use your intelligence. If it happened once, that means it's possible that it can happen again and again and again. Think about it, he's just your boyfriend and you're already having this kind of trouble.
We as woman have to realize that there are signs all over the place before you commit to someone who eventually cheats on you, but we choose to follow our hearts without consulting with our brains.
I hate to say this, but you need to move on. To make it easier, just keep thinking about what you saw the day you caught him doing this. Let it play over and over in your mind, eventually your heart will grow cold to him. Find yourself someone who will respect and love you. Not someone who plays you for a fool. If you stay with him, he will think he can get away with it. And believe me, next time he'll try to be more careful not to get caught.

Get rid of him...if kissing and touching "just happen", what else is just happening? I know 3 years is a long time to throw out the window, but there are other men out there that will respect you and not let things (i.e. tramps) get in between you.

Pretend he is a hot potato, drop him quickly. If he done it once, most likely do it again, better yet,how many times might ,he have done that without you knowing.why hang with a guy you can't trust ,you don't want other boys to think you're a push-over.Maintain your self-respect and esteem. Kick him to the curb.
