Part A)

I have to admit that i did think about sucidial thoughts for about a week last month...right now i feel ok...like it almost never happened. I don't really understand why I'm like this. I don't know if i really want to die or not.

Part B)

I really do feel ashamed talking about this with my counselor. I know that by law, that if I show a risk orf postiental danger to self or others then that has to be reported. Whicih is why i don't talk about 'suicide' in front of her, I talk about being down or somewhat depressed. I don't want to end up in a psych ward. I have to admit that I'm honest about my emotions thou. I just leave out 'suicide'. So am I telling the truth or am I lying to her? Should she be told more?

Part C)

I really don't know how to get rid of these suicidal felings. A couple of times the thoughts got so bad they scared the hell outta me....I envisioned myself just hanging from a closet and others just holding a gun and pulling the trigger............

I have been walking 3.5 miles a day in my city. I walk up hills for maybe about 1.5 miles of my walk.

I have been doing this for about 2 weeks, I have also been dieting and eating all healthy foods and no sweets or junkfood!

For the past week I haven't lost any weight, but my clothes feel better.

Am I gaining muscle on my legs and thats why the scale is the same?

I didn't think you could really build muscle from walking, any advice?

yesterday she goes up to me and go why have you spent so much money on your wedding, why dont you get married at your reception site bc i told her me and fi getting marred at church and flipped out...she said why didnt you got married how her and fi dad did it when they got married....it was her 2nd marriage....i understand shes concerned but everything for the wedding will be worth it, I went all out for this wedding and its going to be worth it, maybe i did go overboard with paying alot of stuff for this wedding.
