I have heard of some people (I am not one of them) who hurt themselves for pleasure and they are called masochistic.

If hell is supposed to be a place where you are being hurt and tortured, etc. then would masochistic people be happy to be in hell?

Or would they end up going to a place like heaven as their punnishment?

My hubby has just started a job as a subcontrator installing satellite dishes for Direct TV. The way it works is he is self employed as a subcontractor so he will file taxes as self employed. Cause he was pious and true amongst the depravity, right? Hmmm. How can a guy who offered up his virginal daughters for gang-rape to a baying mob be in any way worthy of "saving". Benefit of the doubt, he was calling God's bluff that if he offered, God's boys would lay down some smiting moves - which, naturally, they did. Just the fact that he DID offer that doesn't sit well... Any God fearing/loving religious types out there today that would do the same?

More to the point, having escaped S&Gs decadence, just how much wine did he then need to deflower both of his daughters over consecutive nights and wouldn't the bad@ss hangover give him some clue that something ain't right? Yeah yeah, they spiked him no doubt but, an honest mistake once, perhaps - two nights on the trot we're struggling.

Anyway, he's one of the "good" guys - saved by the God of the Torah, Bible and Quran. What sort of God writes a ticket for a man like Lot? Debate, comments, fire and brimstone all welcomed :)

How does a white liberal reconcile supporting woman hating muslims and gay rights activists in the same breath. There is a pervasive notion that the Anti Christ will be evil in appearance and be somewhat a rendition of a guy with horns like the traditional Satan is portrayed. This simply isn't so. He will be popular because he will be singing the antio christian message that the world likes to hear so much, and the world will love him. He will be thought of as a man of peace. He WILL make peace with Israel. It will be a 7 year peace pact, that he will cheat on half way through. Even the Jews will like him.

So he will not be thought of as a bad guy. On the contrary, he will be thought of as a good guy.

Is that getting through to you?

2) Bush lied about the justification of the iraq war and the secret prisons, he must be impreached in 2008.

I'm a college student in America (US Citizen) and in April of this year I pled guilty to two misdemeanor counts stemming from an drinking incident, underage possession of alcohol and public intoxication. I've read that conviction of some types of crime, even if they were charges in America, automatically prohibits people from crossing the border. I plan on visiting Seattle in a few months over winter break and perhaps might visit Vancouver as well when I'm up there. Do Canadian authorites look up American criminal records for people walking over the border? Can they even access this information, since it's American records? And if they do look up records, would I be denied entry into Canada for these two relatively minor "crimes" (what I did isn't even considered a crime in Canada, as I am 19 and can legally drink in all provinces)?

i have been with my bf for almost 5 months and overall i'm happy. but, there are things that i def dont like, the fact that he keeps me waiting alot and he doesnt always put me first. and also he is best friends with a girl he used to hook up with and that erks me , and he just seems to make the situation worse like he will hang up with me to talk to her but if i call him and he is talking to her he will tell me he will call me back. so i'm wondering should i end this while its still fairly new or give him a chance . i do have feelings for him which is why i would give him the benefit of the doubt but also i'm 26 and have wasted years of my life on relationships i wasnt happy with and dont wanna make the same mistake
