There is a pervasive notion that the Anti Christ will be evil in appearance and be somewhat a rendition of a guy with horns like the traditional Satan is portrayed. This simply isn't so. He will be popular because he will be singing the antio christian message that the world likes to hear so much, and the world will love him. He will be thought of as a man of peace. He WILL make peace with Israel. It will be a 7 year peace pact, that he will cheat on half way through. Even the Jews will like him.

So he will not be thought of as a bad guy. On the contrary, he will be thought of as a good guy.

Is that getting through to you?

abdulaziiz,
Mohammed WAS an anti christ, by John's definition, not by Daniel's definition. So I have seen some of the connections to the imam or whatever, he will be the antichrist I think. But you'll see. I will probably not be here when he is revealed.

tommy33624,
That's ridiculous. I don't know anyone who has ever given to a church, in all my 45 years, who has dropped any money in because of an anti christ issue. Just plain untrue.

The Anti-christ is just religious proganda to get you to put more cash in their coffers. Try reading Thomas Paine's work the "Age of Reason" where he predicted the end of religious tyranny in the same aspect as the fall of domination by the English crown. It obviously didn't happen, but it is good reading and a real eye-opener. Mr. Paine also wrote "Common Sense" which was an inspiration for the founding of our country. Both are available on the internet for free.

His mother will be a fallen nun and his father an apostate bishop.
Probably he will be of the tribe of Dan, he will have immense political powers ppl will be duped totally and think he's good, the jews will probably accept him as their messiah, and he will deny Jesus, he will have his own cult and probably rebuild the temple in Jerusalem. He will kill the pope and persecute the Church.
Elijah and Enoch will return to preach against him, they will be killed by him. He will accomplish false miracles by the power of the demon.
At last he will be killed by Christ (or St Michael)

Someone once asked if Dr. Phil could be the antichrist. I said hell no, because I think the AC would have a LOT more charisma.

I'm kind of hoping it'll be that Gilby guy from Rock Star. I just can't get the face out of my head....yummmmmmm!

Sounds like George Bush. Well, except for that 7 year peace pact thing, but he does cheat his way through everything.

I agree with your conceptualization. You might find it interesting to read the "Left Behind" series by Lahaye and Jenkins as they portray the anti-Christ in a similar manner.

I don't believe the antichrist is merely one person. It is symbolic for many people who appear to be walking in God's light but they only do it for the purpose of evil (greed, hate, etc). Many pastors, leaders, politicans, and more.
