Do you mean vasectomy reversal, or reverse of fallopian tubal litigation?

I don't think there's a cheap option for either. Both will require some kind of surgery and do not have guaranteed success rates.

Another option could be IVF or IVF with ICSI (for vasectomy patients) as it bypasses the need for either tubes being patent.
