I would imagine that Jan. or Feb. would be more economical, I used to live in Minnesota so I don't mind cold weather. (besides, I would spend most of my time in the coffee shops anyway.)

My son was diagnosed when he was 5 as being ADHD/ODD...He does take Concerta which helps greatly with the ADHD, but there is nothing helping with the ODD. Since he started first grade, 5 weeks ago, he has been very defiant...testing his teacher and his principal, basically everyone he comes into contact with, just to see how far he can push them. I need some help with his behavior - has anyone else out there experienced this type of behavior with their own children, if so, do you have any suggestions on how to help him. Trust me, I've spanked, put him in time out, taken away all his toys...basically he gets to come home, do his homework, take a bath and go to sleep. I am at my wits end....Please note, that I have a daughter that will be 10 in November, they were both raised exactly the same...she is in the gifted and talented program at school and I have not a peep of trouble out of her.....Why are these children so completely opposite.....HELP !

I have been late for my period for 2 months now. Last month I was about 3 days late, nothing to be worried about. Then this past month, I really thought I was pregnant, but my period came and was about 10 days late. I had a normal period for about 5 days (which is the norm for me for I usually have my period for about 4-5 days) then I thought it had stopped. Then 2 days later I spotted a little that was brown and then pink. On the 3rd day, which is today, I got up out of bed and felt something so I went to the bathroom and there was huge clots of blood. (sorry to be so graphic) I have had some minor clottiing before, but NEVER this much. What can this be from? I am 34 years old and my periods have pretty much been regular until the past 2 months, which I have been under alot of stress, so I wasnt too concerned about the late periods until I passed these clots today. Is this normal after a late period? Or could I have had a miscarriage?

I was in a psychotherapy session when another participant tried to explain his actions with biblical allusions, and our counselor told us then that Prophets are psychotic.... I have had encounters outside a drugged state of mind for which I can not provide a logical reason why or how it happened, is the psychiatrist always right? can he be discredited if he was proved wrong. I really want to know cuz it still bothers me how one hears voices or sees things which others can't and just when you begin to adjust to it, you are declared psychotic. what if I saw GoD?

The sleep mode can be helpful, but terrible if you are burning a CD. I went away and let it burn to the CD. When I returned my PC had gone into the sleep mode with the screen blank, and tower light flashing. I moved the mouse to return, and found the program had shut down. All text was gone, and the program locked. I could only reboot. That CD was wasted. I want to keep the sleep mode from coming up. I'm not sure if the scren blanker would mess up a CD burn.
