While I was pregnant I ate about three or four saltine crackers before I would even get out of bed in the morning while sipping on some water. That always seemed to help with me and then the rest of the day I could basically eat whatever I wanted.

Try eating crackers before you get out of bed in the morning, take naps during the day (but not right after eating). Tiredness plays a big part in morning sickness, get out of bed slowly in the morning, eat smaller meals every two hours or so, avoid greasy or spicy foods as they often cause nausea or heartburn, avoid certain smells that may cause nausea and vomiting. I also use to eat ice for some reason it helped me with my morning sickness

I am dealing with the same thing now. This is my second pregnancy and I am 6 weeks along. Its just starting up but I will tell you what worked for me last time and what seems to be helping now. Do not get up fast out of bed. Keep saltine crackers by your bed and eat a few of them before you do anything. Try to spend about 15-20 minutes in bed before you get up. Then when you do get up, do it slowly. Avoid anything that seems to trigger your nausea. (certain foods, smells etc.) Sea band wrist bands can be a big help as well. Also what you are eating (if you can) can play a big role. Try to get in as much protein and complex carbos as you can. This can really help. Ginger is also something that is a natural way to reduce nausea. Candied ginger is great, Canadian dry ginger ale is something I keep on hand to sip when that feeling comes up (put in lots of ice, super cold drinks seem to help me) Also try eating some natural ginger snaps. Do you have a Trader Joe's near you? They make a natural gingersnap cookie that has chunks of ginger in them. They are really yummy plus are a big help. Hope this helps! Congrats on your pregnancy! :-) And remember this part usually passes really soon.

Crackers. Or toast. those are the only things I have ever had recommended to me for morning sickness relief. If your partner or someone else that you live with gets up earlier than you do, try having them make you some toast with jelly and leave it by your bed so that you don't have to even get out of bed to eat it. For me, getting up and moving signaled my sickness and with my first child, I was sick until my second trimester and even crackers wouldn't fix it.

This worked for me:
I had to keep food in my stomach. When I would get hungry is when I'd get sick.
I also ate potato chips. I think a combination of the salt and starch helped.
Also, ginger Altoids are good. The ginger helps with the nausea. Ask your doctor before eating too much ginger though.

Saltine Crackers, water, ginger like ginger snaps....

ginger works wonders when trying to get over the morning sickness.

I threw up like 5 times a day for the first 5-6months of pregnancy and it was horrible.

What worked for me with this pregnancy, working on #3, is Gatorade. I never had morning sickness with my other 2 children luckily and this one i had all freaking day long. For some reason Gatorade did the trick.

Just go through everyones ideas and try them out, one of them is bound to work for you.

I know this sounds stupid, but eat your way through it. Don't let your stomache get empty, that's what makes you sick. Keep saltine crackers by your bed. Before you even move in the morning, eat some saltines. Even if you are extremely sick, you must eat. You will feel better after you eat

Take ginger roots, several times a day.
Get a sea-band (wrist band), avail at any drug store/pharmacy.
Take small, but frequent meals/snacks.
Avoid fatty, strong flavor/smell foods, go with simple.
Have some crackers handy, eat a few when feel nausea.
