I run 3 times a week 10 min. on each machine the glider, stair stepper, the bike and the treadmill then walk on the treadmill. The other 2 days is weight training. I am not losing any weight and have been doing this for a month!
Any suggestions?

What other language is Enya singing in her album "Amarantine" (Apart from english!) In track 12 it sounds like Itallian to me, is that right? or am i as bad at recognising languages as i think? lol

Also in track 2, what is she singing after she says "Amarantine, amarantine"? It sounds like shes saying "Love is love is love".

What is your fave song on that album, mine is obviously.......... Yep you guessed it............... "Amarantine". =]
