I'm on a soccer team and we get to pick the numbers. I want to be number 77 but the coach says that the higher numbers are for the worst players. But he told me it's still my choice. Is he right? Should I just stick with the lower numbers? And do you know of any famous tennis player that has a high number?

I have a mixture of 50/50 water and bleach for cleaning purposes, does the bleach loose it's potency after a while. The mixture does not seem to work as well as when first mixed.

Is there a connection here? Why don't the builders of Malls and Casinos want you to know what time it is?
Let's go over the similarities first...
1.)Both are indoorl environments.
2.)Both are simulated environments that generate simulated experiences
3.)Both are trying to grab every buck they can off you before you leave.
4.)People waste hours upon hours of their lives in both places
5.)People in both places have the same zombie, eyes-glazed-over look generated by the aforementioned fake environments that suck
up all your money.
6.)Employees in both places are underpaid and unskilled, in what
is essentially a dead-end job
7.)No windows can be found in either place, to sever any connection with the real outside world further.
8)ICasinos and Malls are what passes for culture for most
people, from rich suburbs to inner cities.
------So, what is the connection between these two mind-numbing
places that would cause them to remove all clocks and windows
from the premises?

Is there some kind of basic fundamental flaw in Islam that would allow such a ridiculously large numbers of its followers to think it's ok to kill non-muslims in the name of Allah with impunity?

Can anyone give me any examples of other religious cults causing so much suffering, death, and destruction in the last 50 years in the name of their "God"?

I havn't worked in a while, meaning a full-time day job. I work on the weekends at a bar as a bartender. I'm always trying to find a job and I always seem to fail. He is nothing but negative to me and gave me a deadline to find a full-time/ part time job w/ good pay. (sine I do have 2 degrees) The thing is my depression kicks in and I fall back and get discouraged that I dont bother.....He says very hard things I guess to motivate me...it hurts and he knows that. ....Is it just tough love, I mean there is no name calling or nothing just I need to do something with myself and that im bringing him down. I believe in god, Why is it that everyone talks about god and that if he do not follow his way’s your going to hell.

I came across a man today that asked me how old I was and I told him 23, he asked me about life (I work with him) I live in Cali so rent is crazy, he asked me how I do it on my own, I told him I live with my boyfriend of 6 years, he looked at me and said, “ I committed a sin and I was going to go to hell….” The bible says never judge? Like I said I believe in god, and if god is everything that the bible say’s he is, he forgives, and he doesn’t judge…. and he will understand why I did what I did. I’m not going to hell because I live with my boyfriend god understands why…. So for those who follow god but judge others …go read the bible again and stop acting like you do everything right….trust me you have committed many sins in your life.
