I have the softail part but it seems too short. Can't stretch it enough. Where can I find something similar in different lengths?

I would try a harley Davidson shop, or a motorcycle catalog, or a junkyard.

Hopefully a dealer will look around for one for you. They just like doing things by part numbers. If you can find a good parts man he knows where everything iis.

GO TO YOUR MOTORCYCLE MANUFACTURERS STORE THEY SHOULD HAVE IT THERE OR BE BLE TO ORDER IT FOR YOU.
