I had a chocolate frosty from WENDYS yesterday and it got me thinking... what exactly is the difference??? I mean the baskin robins chocolate milkshake does taste a little more "chocolatier" but other than that... what is it? I mean it can only be that they put more ice cream in their shake and WENDYS doesn't. The difference in the price is HUGEEE. The wendys small frosty is only 99cents where as the small shake in BR is 3.59 or something.

Growing up with my father was very stressful. He was very strict and not always friendly. It was either up or down with me. He convinced my mother who would never speak out to him that I was having sex and other things when I wasn’t and they continued to look at me in this light for years. He refused to help pay for college and tried to kick me out several times before I was 18. Our last disagreement was when I realized was too old to deal with this and I didn’t have to anymore so I stopped talking to him. He told my mother, sister, and brother that they weren’t allowed to talk to me and they listened for awhile and then eventually started talking to me. It’s been 3 years and I half-heartedly attempted to reconcile but I could tell by his tone that he was not interested at all. Because of this, my mother and I barely talk unless I call her. She thinks I should try to fix things with him and my sister and I have an up and down relationship. She was “Daddy’s little girl”. I don’t know w

Disclaimer: This isn't based on any experience I've been involved with, let alone my own direct life experience.

Is it appropriate for persons with close relations to someone believed to have committed a heinous crime, or convicted of said crime, to ask for forgiveness from the victim and those close to him?

Is it insensitive for persons so close to the person whom the victim and those with intimate relations to him might naturally be expected to hate and want to do harm to to try to speak in defense of the accused or guilty?

Feel free to differentiate between the statuses of guilt and presumed guilt.

Yes, an inference that I don't believe in this context it's usually appropriate to defend the supposed otherwise good character of the defendant to the alleged victim and ask him to forgive him, would be correct.

Even absent a conviction, I would be outraged if I had to go through this and then had the accused good points told to me.

Yet, I don't believe in revenge.

Not to say that the way the Black population was treated in America was right, but is it necessarily wrong to only want to interact specifically with people of the same nationality as you?
If segregation was a way of life, that is to say if communities and cities were zoned out to only a specific people per community, would immigration be as big a problem as it is?
If people do not want to tolerate people of other nationalities for whatever reason, is that a personal choice and not racism, or is being forced to live in way that makes you unhappy a violation of your rights as an American?

The WWE got horrible storylines:
1. McMahon and DX, why is Mr. Vince McMahon involved in this? I know he is the chairman of the WWE but if he wants ratings he might as well just quit the storylines, sit in his office and hire TALENT for his company.
2. Whats up with Edge and John Cena? The most famous storyline around here, whats wrong with the writers? They are running out of ideas big time. John Cena throwing Edge into water and Edge getting a new belt that same day, that makes me think of the Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin fueds. Why does everything in the WWE have to evolve around the morons?
3. Why does Matt Hardy one of the best talents of WWE get thrown into SD!? He loses half of the matches over there, and he hasnt been single champion in like, how long? Give me a break, the Mr. McMahon is forgetting about SD! it doesnt surprise me it is losing ratings.
4. Than you got Umaga, what is he supposed to be, the undefeated face of Raw? What do you guys think about the WWE?

I become very nervous and sometimes afraid about making calls to businesses, even just to order a pizza. I hate phone conversations that aren't personal. I will try my best to avoid having to make or answer such calls. And when I do have to, I am uncomfortable.

These things are not outwardly obvious, but inwardly... my heart races. Is there a name for this?

(Paradoxically, I am a total chatterbox and social butterfly when it comes to talking to friends and meeting new people in INFORMAL settings...)

Another apparent lesson Bush took from his decades-long inability to control his appetites: since I couldn't trust myself, I can't trust anyone else, and therefore arrangements based on trust won't work. Bush's foreign policy schemes are based on the premise that you've got to exercise violent might in order to protect yourself. On the schoolyard, this is called bullying. On the world stage, it's called "might makes right" unilateralism, and it relies on constant warfare (or the threat thereof) for survival. Is this the kind of world we want our children to inherit?

I'm alittle worried that my girlfriend might be pregnant.

I'm a super paranoid guy so it's probobly nothing, but you guys have helped me in the past, so here it goes:

I think she has irregular periods, but last month, she said there was barely any blood, she had a severe mood swing, horrible cramping, and she said she was spotting at a very odd time.

also, we've never had vaginal intercourse, only anal intercourse because I'm so paranoid, I use a condom with spermicide every time, and the lube has spermicide as well. My penis has never entered her vagina, and if it did slip (barely ever), I had a condom on.

We also engage in oral intercourse as well.

This may sound stupid to many of you, but it's rather nerveracking for me, because we've done everything we can to stop this paranoia from happening.

we are both of the 15-17 age range.

thanks!
