I signed a contract for a room in a two bedroom apartment for college students. Only two people are supposed to live in the apartment but my apartment mate brought her friend to live in her room. Now there are three people sharing the apartment. I feel that this is not fair to me as I have to share restroom and kitchen with an extra person. The only reason that I wanted to live in a two bedroom apartment is because I didn't want to share the bathroom with that many people. I am in a very awkward position because my apartment mate might have negative feelings towards me if I tell her that her friend must leave. What should I do?

I work for quite a large organisation that deals in Insurance and pensions, and the number of Policy holders i deal with who have ran into problems either at the on set or making a claim on thier policy is remarkable and the worst of it is we have to make out as if it isnt our fault when it quite clearly is. Do any of you guys have this sort of working life because it is becoming very demoralising dealing with this day in day out.

she is currently 5 months pregnant and is in Mexico awaiting our Immigration Interview scheduled for December or January. She visited her Doctor today and was told the baby is positioned a bit lower than it should be. Her Doctor made some recommendations to avoid a premature baby, like bed rest and no stress?

What are the risks to her and the baby, the baby is perfectly fine, she had a detailed ultrasound and everything is ok.

I have recently spoken with 3 people in their 50s (from PA and IN) who were punished/struck with a ruler for writing with their left hands in grade school. I assume part of this had to do with smearing ink...I wonder when and exactly why this type of punishment started and when it stopped. When did it become "o.k." to be left-handed?

I hate smoking but my girlfriend smokes but not around me. She knows I hate it. Before we met she had no tattoos. I don't like tattoos either and I told her this, but now she has two. Now she's talking about getting certain areas of her body pierced which I really don't want her to do. I'm terrified of needles and piercings are just as bad. Also I don't think tattoos and piercings look good on the body and take away some of the physical attraction. Now she says I don't think she's beautiful because she has tattoos. It's obvious that my oppinion doesn't matter at all and now she's putting words in my mouth. Does my oppinion matter at all and is she right for being mad at me for giving her my opinnion when she asked for it?
