France was but it is not what is important, the bad thing is that the UNO has proved once again to be just a useless and very expensive International organization.

France wasn't right. I leaked the info when I was in the Army that we were invading Iraq, and that month (June 2002) Saddam exported the WMD's to Syria. He really had them. Blame me!
