would more people like it then they do now, based on if they would make much better graphics, better flowing battles, and whatnot?

i agree with the 2d issues statement, but all these topics about an updated FFVII, why not go all out? besides, an FFII with updated graphics would be pretty badass

I love the older 2D RPG's. I still prefer to play 2D games, a game shouldnt be about graphics. It should be about the story, characters and game play.I think your right though, people would like it more if it had better graphics.

Squaresoft has ideas on making Finalfantasy VII and VI better graphics like the ones on FF 12

Anybody who dislikes that game probably grew up on the Playstation and has some issue with 2D games. That's all I can figure.
