okay so this is what I think. I think that normal doesnt exist because I see everyone in a different way. Everyone and everything is different and has its own special needs and wants therefor one can not say that another isnt normal...right?

I reallly like this guy, have shown him I'm interested in him. I am a really nice person - caring , honest, beautiful, great body, simple person, make him laugh a lot, he really enjoys my company.. etc. I've seen him looking at my boobs, and he likes to hold my waist. I've known him for like 4 months now. But we just hang out and that's it. He hasnt asked me out on a real date even once. Why? He had 2 bad relationships where the girls were mean and dishonest to him - even more reason why he should be attracted to me, or want to date me.. right? And I dont see any signs of him wanting to go in that direction either. Why?? It's kinnda frustrating. Please help me understand this side of men.

Such are you are in the canned vegetable section and there is a gallon of ice cream or a package of chicken on the canned food shelf and it has likely sitting there for an hour or two melting or turning bad. at the restuarant where i work, there's this mexican man who keeps on staring at me when i walk in, i don't know what to do, so i just wave. there are two more mexican men who aren't this friendly. when i walk by, he's always saying, "chiquita, mamasita, ayayayayay" and a bunch of other stuff in spanish that i don't understand. it's so creepy since i'm 18 and he's like 35. true, i'm flattered, but i'd really rather he didn't. am i wrong to think this?

I am writing a paper about the advantage and disadvantage of a company has if the company interactively engage with its stakeholders, but i feel like some of the sentences are sucked. Can anybody help me.

The advantages to engage interactively with stakeholders are to boost the company’s reputation, show the public that the company is aware of the environment, win stakeholders’ supports for implementing them, and help the companies learn about the public’s expectation, which invent innovative solution for mutual gain.

However, if the company ignored the stakeholders, the environmentalists will probably call for a boycott or protest.

The company’s reputation will be damaged, and the company may be suited by the environmentalists for destroying the habitat.
