I am writing a paper about the advantage and disadvantage of a company has if the company interactively engage with its stakeholders, but i feel like some of the sentences are sucked. Can anybody help me.

Thank you for helping me. Please feel free to give any suggestion.
===========================================
The advantages to engage interactively with stakeholders are to boost the company’s reputation, show the public that the company is aware of the environment, win stakeholders’ supports for implementing them, and help the companies learn about the public’s expectation, which invent innovative solution for mutual gain.

However, if the company ignored the stakeholders, the environmentalists will probably call for a boycott or protest.

The company’s reputation will be damaged, and the company may be suited by the environmentalists for destroying the habitat.

Engaging interactively with stakeholders has several advantages. Firstly, it would greatly boost the company’s reputation. Secondly, it would show the public that the company is aware of the environment. Next, it would win stakeholders’ supports for implementing them. And lastly, it would help the companies learn about the public’s expectation, which would invent innovative solution for mutual gain.

However, if the company ignores the stakeholders, the environmentalists will most likely call for a boycott or protest.

and the last sentence is fine.

I have no idea what class this is for but you do need to either take an English class (or three) or read something other than what other people write on the Internet. (No disrespect but, shesh! There's a spell checker right there!)
First. Do you mean 'stakeholders' or 'stockholders'? There is a difference. Could just be misspelling or maybe there is such a thing as a 'stakeholder'. That would be someone who has a stake in how the company does financially. On the other hand that is what a stockholder is as well.
The first sentence is long, but I think I see where you are trying to go with it. Your tenses are off and you've used words that are either the wrong word or misspelled. (something I sometimes do when using spell checkers. I hit 'change' when I shouldn't and get a word that's not at all what I meant. Did you mean 'invite' or 'invent' in the last part of that sentence?)
Second sentence: What do the stakeholders (stockholders?) have to do with the environmentalists? Stock (stake?) holders would want the company to make a profit and some wouldn't give a flip about the environment. Unless these holders happen to be environmentalists themselves.
Third sentence: The word you need here is SUED not suited.
Hope I helped but also hope I haven't done your homework for you! You really do need to READ. Real books. It dose help no end!
Reading doesn't do anything for misspelling, or grammer but it does let you see when what you've written just does not 'read right.' It also improves your vocabulary so you know what word you really want from the spell checker. As for grammer...thank goodness for grammer checker. To bad this site only has spell check or I'd have written this a lot better!

You have this as all one sentence. Whew! Try this:

The advantages to interactively engage with stakeholders are:
* to boost the company’s reputation,
* show the public that the company is aware of the environment,
* win stakeholders’ supports for implementing them, and
???what do you mean by implementing them -- what is them??

* help the companies learn about the public’s expectation,

?? what do you mean by this: which invent innovative solution for mutual gain. ???

change this: However, ......, the environmentalists will probably call for a boycott or protest.

the environmentalists will either call for a boycott or protest.

wrong word: The company’s r.........may be suited by the environmentalists....

NOT SUITED, should be "sued"

hope all that helps

the advantages of engagment with stakeholders is four-fold:
1) it boosts the company's reputation;
2) it shows the public that the company is aware of the environment in which it works;
3) stakeholder support is greater for implementation of projects; and
4) The company learns more about the public's expectations. All of these components make for an innovative solution that results in mutual gain.

If the company is to ignore the stakeholders, environmentalists are not above calling for a boycott or protest that could indelibly harm the company.

The result is damage to the reputation of the company and a possible suit against it by environmentalist aiming to protect destroyed habitat.

you have not given enough information about what the topic is about but I think this will make your points look better organized.

One of the advantages of engaging stakeholders interactively in policy formulation is that it is a way of winning the stakeholders' support of the company's policies. Another advantage is that it portrays the company as one that is open to constructive suggestions which in turn helps in garnering support for policy implementation. In addition, listening to other people's ideas gives the company the opportunity of measuring the expections and feelings of the public about its policies and products. It also leads to finding innovative solutions to problems.

On the other hand, if a company refuses to listen to its stakeholders, it could be seen as alienated and condescending which could hurt the company's reputation and performance.

The operation of the company will come under a lot of criticisms and different groups could institute legal actions against it.

The company will inevitably damage their reputation, and it is quite possible that environmentalists will try to sue the company for destroying the habitat.

That's how I would change the last one. Just a basic observation...you seem kinda comma happy, some times run on sentences can be more distracting than intelligent. Just an opinion from somebody who has limited knowledge of writing.
