I'm trying to think of some good stories for the newspaper in my small town. The problem is that there is very little going on so I am looking for something would not be timely, something for a feature or the like. I have been to Poynter.org and looked but haven't seen anything that would work for the paper. If any journalists or other people out there know of some sites that give some help with coming up with ideas, especially for small towns please let me know! Any site that would have a community forum or something of the like that relates to stories for newspapers would be fantastic too.Thanks and have a great day!

Martial arts/health dilemma! What should I do?

I had to drop out of martial arts classes a few weeks ago due to back/joint problems. The thing is, up to now, I have made significant advances in my ability during my rest period! This phenomenon is not new to me as I am an accomplished musician who went through the same thing with musical training but now I want to take up the training again as I am starting to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. What should I do?

So did God put every animal here for a reason?

Not making fun, just trying to get your thoughts.

Does every animal really have a purpose for being here? What's the purpose of a rhino? Sure they're very nice creatures, but it seems they just eat, poop and sleep.

Or did God just put them here for a little extra decoration?

What Do You Think Of Michael Jackson Now?

If you can go back in time in history, what time period or periods would it be?

It could be American history, or world history. For me, it would back in the Medieval Ages, when chivalry began. It would also be when the woman's suffrage movement began when we were able to vote, when women pilots (WASPS) flew aircraft in the wars, and when Margaret Sanger made birth control pills available. An honorable mention is to go back to England, and experience how the Bronte sisters became known writers.

Can dreams mean anything?

For years, I've been seeing dreams at night and clearly remembering them. Most of them are very close to reality. In my dreams I have no doubt that I'm living a real day. I see them and I feel them so severely that I wake up very exhausted like instead of sleeping, I sat up and watched a film. I frequently see the sea and I have a huge phobia of the sea; its wideness and deepness... Can these mean anything?
