Could you imagine a world without oil? A car running without petrol? A country working entirely on clean energy? Well, the Swedes have.

In October 2005 the Swedish Minister for Sustainable Development, Ms Mona Sahlin, announced that Sweden aims to become the world’s first oil-free country by 2020.

The Swedish government wants to cut-off completely the nation's dependency on fossil energy and switch to clean, renewable energy. That means that Sweden will become the first country in the world to stop using oil. Cars in Sweden will be environmentally friendly and homes will be heated by renewable energies such as biomass or geothermal sources.

if anybody doesn't believed there is heaven or hell then what do you supposed will happen to us if we die?

A question for the Americans. Have you viewed Mars and was it indeed in the part of the sky near the Moon?

Unless I got the date wrong, I believe Mars was supposed to be at it's closest point to Earth on the 27TH does anyone have any pictures from the news or elsewhere?

A suicide car bombing and clashes between Shiite militia and Iraqi security forces left at least 50 people dead Monday in a brutal contradiction of the President Bush's claim that bloodshed was decreasing.

The deaths followed bombings and shootings Sunday that killed more than 60 people across the country, from the northern city of Kirkuk to Baghdad and Basra in the south. Can you figure this out?

There is a corridor that leads into an empty room. The room is completely empty except for a lamp in one of the corners. On the other side of the corridor are three switches.

You know that one of them turns on the lamp, the other two don't do anything. You can play around with the switches turning each of them on and off as much as you like, then you can go into the room one time to check whether the lamp is on or off (there is a door so you can't know without entering the room).

Leaving the room, you have to know which of the 3 switches works and which 2 don't.

The question is: How do you do it?

What would you do if?????

you are sitting at the table during the cutting of the pies on Thankgiving day and my aunt yelled at my grandmother in like this evil voice, "You're not doing it right Mother!" This was the first time my cousin brought her fiance over to meet them. Then my grandmother slammed down the pie cutter and rushed out of the room. I just sat there and hung my head and looked at the floor. My husband was just astounded with this behavior. I was kinda embarrassed but......I mean what can you do????
