what is the most thorough web site to get a criminal history check, also the cheapest?

I need to get a criminal history check on line so a friend of mine can fill out an application thoroughly...he will be judged more on whether or not he omits anything than what he has done but he can't remember everything...
he needs dates , offences etc

they r not 100% correct best for him or her if there are no outstanding warrants to go to the local police dept and ask for CCH (current criminal history) they may charge 15 usd but it iwll be accurate or visit the court house ans got o the cleck of court they will also check for you free
