I've studied religion for 14 years, was a christian, now i'm a muslim. NOT one of those strapped with a bomb ignorant types. I'm from America, I don't hate it I just don't like its condition of ignorence, as you'll see by some the "answers". pretty much don't like the war, the native violence, drugs, alcohol, rape, murder, and filth that goes on. I reflect on just how short life is and if there is a ONE true GOD, which there is I want to see him being on the right path, not a path with hypocracy, loop hole, and the wrong map. If was you I'd check the site out. AND I wouldn't prejudge a whole way of life (religion) intil I got the facts straight.

Hi I'm 16 yrs old at 60kg and 1.64m. Currently I've been gaining lots of fatty and now trying to stop eating those fast food stuff.

My current objective is to lose the flabby stomach i have and build up my arm strength for pull-ups.The former one is the one I'm having problems with.

I know cardio + weight excercises do the job but what kind of diet/workout and how many sets shout i do. I'm currently in ok shape and could do like arnd 50+ situps in 1 min ( my abs are powerful but fatty) which make me doubt that i can do enough to make me lose since i can do alot. I wasn't this fat before so I'm like willing to do it all over again.

(PS for the latter one(pullup thingy) also help me too if u can but my main concern is my belly)

I really like someone but cant seem to gather up enough courage to ask her out. The thing is i am a quiet, reserved type of person. I like her because she is intelligent, warm and beautifull...if it was possible i would even ask her to marry me...we dont see each other that often but sometimes communicate by email...we have both been busy so we have even stopped emailing each other...i think she thinks i am ignoring her. Me and my boyfriend has been dating on and off since 9th grade year 2000. We have a son together since year 05.
