I'm not sure why exactly. I'll tell you why I do. I know a couple firefighters and my younger brother is studying to be one. I think they follow the laws more than police officers. They also don't pull you over for going a little over the speed limit and treat you like crap. I also like firefighters because they go through hell just to become one. They have a huge waiting list(at least were I'm from-Miami, FL). Training is really hard for them and I really admire them for the work that they do. Plus they are just hotter......LOL they retire younger and are usually younger than cops anyway.
Keep in mind.....firefighters have an extremely high divorce rate for cheating...and being cheated on! I don't know if the same goes for cops.

Firefighter Fantasy: Firefighters are brave, strong, muscular & handsome. Fire, heat, very hott. Goes through fire & smoke to rescue people. Can pick a woman up easily & carry her around (to the bedroom perhaps?). Looks good sweaty. Helmet. Gentle enough to rescue a kitten. Willing to cook. Big red engine.
Police officer: writes you a speeding ticket.

cuz fire men can climb up a ladder and rescue us from a burning building, police officers just do us 4 speeding, which is sexier?
plus it is a uniform thing, i;m trying 2 get my bloke 2 dress as a fire man 4 me.

Fire fighters are better cooks and more approachable and (some) Police Officers are rude, un-approachable, possesive, and down right mean.

Not as heroic as Fire fighters. Police attend crimes, robberies, fights etc but they don't cut you out of a smashed up car or fight their way through flames and smoke to save you, despite being on crap pay.

fire fighters tend to have long hair due the fact that they are on strick with the hair dressers .
i have hurd in previous Qs that men in any Uniform look sexy!
