Just wondering which areas a chest expander works out, I mean obviously Chest and Back muscles, but would Biceps and Triceps be worked out, and what about shoulder muscles?
I ask because I try to work out my full body, and not to overtrain certain areas. Thanks for the info.

I wash my black socks in colour powder and put them on the radiator to dry. No matter what brand of socks I buy (even Pierre Cardin), they tend to fade after a few washes.

A conversation with my boyfriend as follows:

Him: You ready to get my name tattoo'd on your body?
Me: Nah-uh
Him: Say word? You won't? I want to get your name on my chest.
Me: I wouldnt want you to.
Him: Wow. (Silence)
Me: I dont know it just seems like everyone I know that got their mates name tattoo'd on them, broke up within a week thereafter. I think it's some kinda jinx.
Him: Wow, you just shot me down completely.
Me: Are you saying you were dead serious about this? You know damn well you wouldnt do something like that, lol.
Him: I'm dead serious, I'd do it because I love you that much, and even if we did god forbid fall apart, You'll always be with me forever, vice versa. I never asked anyone to do this before and you know I have 3 tatt's already. Wow. (More silence)
Me: I'm not against the concept baby, but like I said I felt it was a jinx. I didnt mean to shoot you down or anything. END OF CONVO.

This really bothered him. He really seemed hurt. Was I wrong??

When I was 16 years old schoolboy when I was reading the Bible I have had visions and I tried to reject it, I said, Oh, no, this is a misleading hallucination, it is not reality. But when I have an illness, one christian woman came and prayed for me and when I continued reading the Bible I saw a vision in which I saw myself healed from chicken pox for one week and it was real. I was healed from chicken pox for obne week. I was so astonished, it was so amazing! So what do you think about this?

Using WIN XP Pro, spend a lot of time on MSN and Hotmail, NTL Broadband. Having PC problems as in intermitent connection and slowing of system. Twice I ave shut down and pop up message tells me someone is still logged into this computer. Have run ZoneAlarm and other antitrojen/anti spyware programs. But a certain person revealed they know more about my personal life than anyone, information only on this PC. I don't THINK he has the skills to crack thi computer, but knows people that can. How do I go about reporting, tracing, deleting or even taking legal action against these people? I really don't know where I'd begin!
