Why would flattening your stomach make you lose your butt. ?? That makes no sense whatsover..

crunches and cardio. you can also do exercises to keep the butt going..but do crunches...and reverse crunches...when you put your knees up like a regular crunch, but instead of moving the top half of your body, you move the bottom half (knees,etc.) toward your chest. ive been doing those and im gorgeous. haha just kidding, but seriously..those work really well!

do sit up 10 times..twice in a day..once u wake up n before u go to bed..increase the number each month..
