Just wondering which areas a chest expander works out, I mean obviously Chest and Back muscles, but would Biceps and Triceps be worked out, and what about shoulder muscles?
I ask because I try to work out my full body, and not to overtrain certain areas. Thanks for the info.

It does hit the shoulders some. I would recommend training every body part once a week. Thats plenty. Just do it regular and eat a good amount of protein. Like 100 grams a day and you will see good results.
