My ex-gf manage to contact me after 7 years. But the thing is i am already married and so does her. Its because of her husband had slowly lost interest in her tat she turns on me. I just got off the phone with my mother and she told me that a couple streets away from her some hate crimes were committed. The houses, the cars, and even the public road was painted and carved into awful symbols denegrating peoples ethnicities and beliefs. This is a fairly small rural northeastern CT town.. the type where nothing much usually happens so the whole community is in shock.

When we are supposed to love our neighbors, why do we allow such things to occur?

me and my boyfriend are really close and we talk about everything, but if he upsets me then i won't say anything and he was like if i do something to upset u then u need to tell me i want u to be my equal not anything lower than that. but i just can't do it i've always thought that u never talk back to a man and u give him the upmost respect and i have spoke my mind to him before and i felt horrible. y am i like this.

I notice alot these days that everyone and their brother has a political Opinion, whether they are bashing bush or kerry or someone. But why are they so ignorant to our history? For example...a group of guys I saw the other day were arguing about Dems and Repubs,Some were against Bush..Some were for him...so I butted in and said...So you guys are having a debate about politics huh? And they said yeah, one of them mentioned that if you don't support the govt you are Un-American...So I asked them a few ?'s myself..Such as Can any of you recite the entire National Anthem? Who wrote the Declaration of Independence?..ect..simple ones. And none of em knew...Im not trying to be a jerk or anything but I think that Not knowing anything about the history of our country is Un-American....Should these people have an Opinion if they don't even know what they are talking about? Who else agrees?
