And they will remove the spyware that is hijacking* your computer(Homepage,etc..).
YET,
maybe its a trojan,that is controling your computer.
So,goto:
http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan.htm
and use this tool,it will remove any virus(Trojan**,etc..) found on your computer.
*Any program that changes the browser settings, to make the home page or the default search page, etc. different from the one set by the user.
**A seemingly legitimate computer program that has been intentionally designed to disrupt and damage computer activity. Trojans are sometimes used in conjunction with viruses. A backdoor Trojan is a program that allows other computer users to gain access to your computer across the internet.

Easiest way is to format the whole computer and start again. Otherwise, it's better to boot from a removable disc (e.g. CD ROM) with an up-to-date anti virus application on it. Then run the virus scan and attempt to remove it that way (or manually remove it after booting DOS from a removable disc).
