Einstein couldn't grasp hold of the theory and I'm just wondering if it's more of a Las Vegas odds system than real science. Probability and uncertainty are good for horse races and roulette, but I find I need more from my physics. What if we just don't have the measurement tools at the quantum level to take into account the effects of the warping of time and space? At the macro level, these effects are small compared to the size of the objects, but at the quantum level, these effects could be astronomical to the point that we just can't measure them effectively to predict their outcome? Now, I'm not a mathetician and physics theorist so give it to me in something that I can get my arms around. And remember, simplicity is truth and complexity is mankinds way of saying, "I don't really know." Also, applying quantum rules to the universe? If we can't apply Relativity at the quantum level, why should the quantum level be applied at the macro level? String theory?

I managed to remove the existing shutoff valve from underneath my kitchen sink. Now the question is do I reuse the part that looks like a ring or collar? If I should replace the "ring" with the new one that came with my new shutoff valve, how do I remove the old one? It appears to be buried way back somewhere in the existing nut.

I mean really read the majority of them and you would think you were listening to a 6th grade classrooms ideas and stereotypes of todays military. If this is the knowledge base that most Americans have of today's fighting men and women and the details of military life it is no wonder we have such a deep chasm between those that serve and those who do not. I have answered more thoughtful, thought provoking questions from a class of 5th graders than what one supposedly sees from adults on this board. If the general population is this ignorant of it's military then America is in a world of hurt. I swear I have seen more intelligence in a group of kindergarten students about military affairs than I have seen off this site.

I met this wonderful guy about 10 months ago. We have been having a good relationship and got on really well. We both love each other very much. A few weeks ago, I realised he was feeling unhappy so prompt him with the situation. He told me that he is not happy and not sure if he is ready to commit for rest of his life....It was a total shock!! Later he told me he will make an effort and try to be happy. Yesterday he told me he wanted to have some space (finish),,,,We were both very sad...after some lengthy chat, he felt we are so lucky to have found each other and it will be a shame to give each other up. so we carry on......The problem is.....How do I know if he is not going to change his mind again? I am giving some space at the moment tried not to call him or arrange to see him. Please any advice will be really appreciated!

I had a sudden pain 4 days ago.. when i tried pulling my foreskin just one time forward while i was cleaning it. Then the next day i didn't feel any pain.. But the foloowing day i started getting a kind of dull pain around the foreskin.. i have a feeling it's because of the incident i had at first. So should i put any cream or someting to make it heal.. I never had foreskin pain before, so i hate having it. .

my fiance' passed about a week ago. i have 4 kids with him. he also had credit cards just under his name. when he was alive i used his cards to purchase things for us and the kids.. i'm establishing an estate for the kids since we weren't married so i can be appointed administrator for the kids finances. if i use the credit cards, will i be lable on any part of it, or the kids, when i become administrator? i have not reported his death to the cc company yet

a public school in west virginia is presently locked in a court case against the americanCivil Liberties Union and Americans United for separation of church and state, the reason of the battle is a portrait of Jesus Christ hanging on the wall of the school, the county board of education has sided with the school in keeping the portrait but the ACLU say school is sending a message that indorses Christianity, should the portrait stay or go? why not put Budah ,the star of David, and other symbols to bring unity and diversity, why take it down, ? what do you guys think?
