I am trying to get into shape to get into the AFROTC and I have everything else down but I have never been able to do push ups, I just learned the form, but I was wondering what I could od to get better at them fast, right now I can barley do 2 lol, I know I suck, but someone help please!

They read a handful of Q&A's, respond(?) to e-mails and they are your personal saviors, teachers and psychs with the ability to know your whole psyche. Call you a liar from not being able to put 2 & 2 together. I find this a truly unforgetable experience. A total vexation of the spirit. Sometimes I still ask myself, is it worth it?

I suffer from getting flushed in the face or over heated and sweating from the face compared to others when hot outside. This reduces my ability to exercise or walk- get light headed. Get flushed when drinking wine. Heart stress test normal and so are bloods. Any advise as to a test for this or what condidtion this is.? What can be done- which Dr specialist to see.

OK well if you havent looked at my profile my previous msgs are all about my ex bf whom im back and forth with since january- we've known each other for a year...ok so 2 things major happened (i dont think they are) which he claims is the MAIN reason we arent together..we were at a bar with his sister/husband and there friends...they are all older 30's and im 22..ok so I got wasted and heard my then bf tell his bro in law "yeah the girl with all the money" i flipped out on him for who knows what reason and said well go be with her then- i dunno why i acted that way but i told him i'd make my ex bf come get me and i would drive home 6 hours with him cuz my bf is an ***...the next day i was obviously sorry..and then also i had a party and i got wasted again and was all over a few of my guy friends being really flirty and ignoring my bf...he claims these are the reasons...but my bf NEVER made me a priority and he didnt even tell me he'd been engaged until we'd been dating for 3 months.
