It means they don't want a strong government. Usually extreme anti-communits are like this. Anarchy does, in fact, have somewhat of a government, but not a real fancy government like the US"s government. Anarchisgts believe that justice and equity will be achieved by abolishing the government and corporate powers.

Anarchy means that there are no rules. There's no justice, no law. Anarchists are people who don't answer to authority.
