I would in a heartbeat... Who wants to shop in a store and deal with customer service employees with bad social skill and customer skills..But sad to say theres alot of the stores out there that are like that..

Yes, I like friendly service. Even if I don't buy anything, I would love to drop by in that shop every now and then, and then, when they have something nice, I would gladly buy it. It makes double the good feeling of shopping :).

I certainly would. There's a supermarket in my town that always makes me feel like the customers are in the way! Either they're blocking the shelves with pallets of goods still in the packing cases (so you can't get to either one), or they're so busy moving them or "cleaning" they keep asking you to move out of their way.(Never mind getting your shopping, move along.) And of course they're so busy going on coffee breaks that they can't attend the till! Don't they remember that without customers, they're out of business! I avoid that market because of this.

Of course they would. No one wants to go to a shop where they treat you like crap. Whenever you are spending your money you are the boss, make the people in the shop realize that.

Yes, certainly, I buy a lot of stuff from e-bay and there are certain people who do not know how to pack things & are rude - I never use them again.

Yes. There is nothing worse than being made to feel unwelcome in a shop.

Deffinately. Bad service just makes me not go back.
Unless there is no alternative which is probably why the service is bad as they don't care as you have no choice.
