They read a handful of Q&A's, respond(?) to e-mails and they are your personal saviors, teachers and psychs with the ability to know your whole psyche. Call you a liar from not being able to put 2 & 2 together. I find this a truly unforgetable experience. A total vexation of the spirit. Sometimes I still ask myself, is it worth it?

Really got under your skin, didn't I?

You should know that I made an sincere and honest attempt to respond, to help you with what really did look at first to me like a legitimate attempt on your part at understanding. You flew off the handle, apparently upset that I didn't consider you a "know-it-all".

As for calling you a liar, you first denigrated college, and wrote that you had "been walking on this path for over 22 adult years". Then later said that you were 58 years old and had been to college. I don't KNOW that you were lying, but it's certainly a reasonable conclusion. Your assertion that I was unable to put two and two together is simply childish. I wrote that I thought you'd lied because I AM able to put two and two together.

As long as you continue to behave this way, you're going to continue to have "vexations of the spirit". If it's not worth it, I suggest trying something different. Your arrogance easily outpaces your ability in this field.

Because most of this happened away from Yahoo! Answers, the rest of you will just have to take either my word for it, or his. Sorry about that - all I can say is that I did sincerely try to be helpful, but apparently he wanted no part of that.

I do not "know it all"... I am of The True Christian Faith and I do not even "know it all" about that. I do accept email questions concerning the basics of The Christian Faith. And I try to answer as honestly as I can... if I do not know with some certainty Iwill state I do not know. That which I know I will state.

If you have an honest question about the basics of The True Christian Faith I would be glad to take a shot at answering.

Don't shoot the messenger: There are brash and arrogant know-it-alls in every category. It may not be worth it to you, but it may be worth it to them.

Your question's wording is awfully "brash and arrogant" in itself...

Religion and politics are both subjects that create staunch beliefs in those who are interested... Where staunch opinions are, so too shall be arrogant dogmatism.
