Well, I've put on some weight this summer, and i was wondering if anybody had any tips that could help me slim down a little bit. I've been doing about 30 sit-ups a day for the past few weeks but i don't see any improvement. and i really don't have the time to do 3 million sit-ups a day. Any tips for me at all?

Okay well we have dsl. Everything that came with Yahoo SBC setup is in the livingroom with computer #1. I want to get dsl in the bedroom as well. So how can I get it there? What do I need and how do I do it?

I went hiking in the woods the other day and like an idiot, wore shorts. 2 days later, I developed a cluster of oozing blisters on one finger and the next day, got another cluster right by my mouth.
Both clusters just popped up all of a sudden and first there was this sort of tingling feeling, then a numbness. I thought for sure it was poison ivy, only it doesn't ITCH like poison ivy (I had it once when I was a kid, it doesn't feel nor even look the same.) Isn't poison ivy a rash? This is not a rash. There are no other clusters anywhere else on my body. My boyfriend got a cluster on his finger the same time I got one on mine. I have never in my life been exposed to herpes or had the infection. I have never had a cold sore either. I know my boyfriend was exposed to it twice, before we met, but he says he never got it. Now I'm not so sure and am really worried. How to tell the difference? I have looked online and both are very much alike.

My mum and dad are my dearest kin. Until few years back, I was forced to accept the reality that my mum has been treating me like a tool to do bad things to my dad. My mum has never love me.
Each time when she is nice to me, there's bound to be a motive.
When I need her help, she was nowhere in sight.
I've reached to a point that I am prepare to severe all ties with her at all cost but was discourage by my dad.
He said that, "She is afterall your mum..."
If not for my dad, I won't have overcome the agony.
Now that, he's gone, I do not have the obligation to stay with my mum. I still can't bring myself to forgive her.
Doesn't matter if she wants to sue me. She had done that to my dad. My dad had compromise cos that time I was still a kid.
Now that he's gone, I've nothing to fear...

I have all my clothes sewed up as not to fit. I have had my credit messed with down to my address being wrong when I was to recieve money/checks. I am listed as Military, Ada, Ks which is far from the where I'm located. Everything I do is costing me extra money to ensure a positive result. My vehicle has been all but destroyed but only enough just to keep milking me for money. "I was a shop foreman for a very large dealership for six years and know" I now live in my 2cd 5th wheel after the first was destroyed, examples are 3 windows, entrance door, lights, a/c, hot water tank, tires, ect. My 2cd blew 3 tires in 20 miles. I have tried to buy property to start a new life in Siloam Springs, Ar to veiw a property that sold 3 months prior and a fishing pond that was a sewer pond. This is just a small look into what is going on, but I have had enough.
