i am a navy scout from greece and i assure you there is nothing to fear about sea sick, eitherways you can get 'emeto-stop' pils,its simple you get one just one hour before you aboard the ship.Bon voiyaze

I have been out to sea on boats many times. I only get sick if the weather is rough or too calm. I usually sail and the boat is so slow that you can feel every wave if there isn't a real strong wind blowing.

Yep, on fishing boats, 20-30 ft, and no, not sick most of the time, just twice .... once it was really really rough and stormy; and the other time one of the engines had a problem and there was oily smoke on deck and in the cabin ... ewwww.
Just a note about Cruise Ships, they are designed and engineered specifically to give a much smoother ride than other ships.

Yes to both. But I found that Dramamine really helps to rid of sickness and now I enjoy travelling :)

SEA= 5 DAYS.........BOAT 3 1/2 MONTHS AND NEVER LANDED, FUELED BY A FUEL TANKER.......NEVER GOT SEA SICK......BUT ALOT OF FISH
