The scariest 'dream' I have is what's called sleep paralysis. That's when you dream you've woken up but are frozen and can't move. It's very weird and scary! I'll know exactly where I am and sometimes even about what time it is.

If you can pinch yourself in a dream and it doesn't hurt, or if like your finger goes thru your body or something, it's a dream! But you have to make yourself do this in the dream :-)

One time I was being chased by the roman army and Iclimbed up a tree and a bee stung me so I woke up. One time I knew I was dreaming so I told the people in my dream goodbye befor I woke up. It has to do with our sleep waves. There a re 4 kinds when we are asleep. 1 is we're just relaxed but are still awake. Here is where we could tell ourself we are dreaming even though we technically aren't draming at this point. Then there is sleep 2 and 3 and REM lep stage 4 when we are fast asleep and actually dream here we wouldn't remember the dream.

i do know several time while i was dreaming~~ i never heard an explanation to that as well. my scariest dream was about some ETs coming to get me. AT that moment i felt numb but so clear that i could hear the cars running and people laughing out of my window. I tried scream out, but couldn't. i was so scared. Well, that happened when i was 12y/o.

I've had certain times where as I am dreaming I am aware it is a dream and I can sort of manipulate what happens, but its rare...I cant tell you why it happens.

my scariest dream...an intruder in my house and he's following me...no matter how fast I run, he's right behind me...I get outside and see my neighbor outside and I yell but he doesnt respond. and that guy's still coming after me.

personally, i like nightmares...I like the adrenaline rush when I wake up. I like the feeling of being scared...yeah, I know...it's wierd.

I can tell if its a dream......but the scariest dream was where my Whole entire school except for me and my best friend turned into zombies.....and we had to fend them off.....it was pretty scary....(and there are like almost 2000 ppl in my school)

Yes I am in control of my dreams. When it starts to scare me or when something goes wrong in my dreams I get awake easily then I return back to sleep fixing my dream, "fixing" meaning I think what I want to see in my dream:p I dunno why I can do that, I guess I am well connected or highly aware of my surrounding even when I'm asleep.

Hmm, my scariest dream.. I remember getting scared in my dreams sometimes but I can't remember anymore what happened in my dreams. I guess that's because I fixed them already:p

i only know im dreaming when i wake up... my scariest dream was when i was a lil kid i dreamt i was at the pools and my mum was watching me when this big scary guy started chasing me and i was screaming for my mum and she just sat there so i started running down the st and i woke up crying

Can't really answer your other q's...my bad!! But my scariest dream...i think...was when I was close to being shot down by a terrorist and then finding refuge with some nuns!!

I can now that I am an adult. But as a kid I use to have horrible dreams of Freddy Kruger. and His hands trying to chop me up... He'd appear out of thin air after I got away from him... it still scares me when I think about the dream I was running up the cement stairs from him I was like 4 or 5 stories and I am affraid of heights I out ran him and just as I got to the top he appeared... IN his stripped red and black shirt mangled up with his nasty acne face and black top hat with those claws Scissors. man i am tripped out now
