I hate to be the negative...there is no real way to concentrate on losing or toning in one specific target zone. When gaining weight, the body will put it where it wants to. What will help is just to eat well for a little while. Definitely understandable to not want to become a health nut at any given time. But what is little known, is really how quickly you can lose (and keep off weight naturally) by just eating well. Produce is just about the best thing to eat. You can eat in bulk, it tastes good, fills you up, low in calories, (gives you added vitamins), and helps you lose weight. When it comes down to it...when we listen to our bodies, we will become skinny. So if you really want to slim it down quick, when your just on your own, looking to snack...do it the healthy way (and produce is one of the best ways...as much as you want!) Those first few pounds of fat come off really quick, and are really noticeable. You wont even have to worry about doing tons of crunches, though they do help. Exercise, especially aerobic, will help speed things along! Good luck to getting your bikini body back! :)

I'd also consider getting out twice a week to play basketball for a couple hours or go running for a half hour or so. . (basketball is really good for losing weight, if you spend a couple hours twice a week and really work up a sweat and burn some calories). .
I lost 25 lbs in 6 weeks (so did my best friend during the same time period) by going out twice a week for two hours each time playing basketball.
By the way, you don't have to be any good at it to play. . you can play by yourself (just shoot around, dribble back and forth and practice layups, etc. . ) or you can find other people and get in a game. . it's fun and you're also working on your skills at the same time. . excellent exercise. . just make sure you stretch your legs before you play, so that you don't get hurt easily.

Remember those old movies where people would get stuck in a weird house or some place where the walls are all moving in on them. Batman and such. Well go to Disney and ask them for one of those things and stand in the middle. Then let turboman push the button.

Pilates definetly pilates! I have a problem with my stomach and butt (2 kids plus Im lazy) I hate to excersise but I loooove Pilates...if you stick to mat sessions you will be sitting down for most of it and it really lengthens your muscles and makes you become leaner... they also have a lot of creative ab workouts...I use Denise Austin because she takes it eay on us! try it!

30 situps a day ROFLMAO, you need to do at least 50-60 situps/crunches a day and if your too lazy(aka dont have the time) then you're just going to have to get used to that extra weight
