and there where some sparks.There was some electricity going to the light but the light was flickering.I turned it off and went out,bought a new light switch.I replaced the old switch and everything is fine now.My question is,should I still be concerned that the old switch sparked? Will the new one do the same over time? If not,what would have caused the old switch to do what it did?

I found out a couple months back that my dad has cancer (my parents r divorced). he had surgery and i went to see him at the hospital but now he's feeling a little better although he gets sick a lot. he wants to come over my house tomorrow morning to see me. but it will be so weird to see him because i think he lost a lot of weight and he'll look differnt and act differnt-he's always been goofy but i dont know if this has changed him. I really want to see him too, but i'm sort of nervous. what could i be nervous about?

My older sister is such a suck up. She walked in on my boyfriend and I making out and she went and told my mom. now my boyfriend and I are not allowed to be alone in the same room anymore even though that my mom already knows we have sex and she is totally cool with it because I don't do it at her house out of respect for her. I think that my sister is just jealous because she hasn't had a boyfriend in a year or so. Now because of her my mom is losing trust for me and my older sister just won't stop tattling. She is 19 and I think she needs to grow up. How can I get her to stop interferring in my relationship and get my mom to trust me again?

A couple of New Jersey hunters are out in the woods when one of them falls to the ground. He doesn't seem to be breathing, his eyes are rolled back in his head. The other guy whips out his cell phone and calls the emergency services. He gasps to the operator: "My friend is dead! What can I do?" The operator, in a calm soothing voice says: "Just take it easy. What is it with these punks from the Mormon church who ride their bicycles and come knocking at my door? They must have been all of 18 years old and there they were, trying to tell me...me....Don....Don the great answer man about God. The nerve of these punks. I just about blew a gasket. I stuck my finger in the one ole boy's chest and I backed him all the way out to his little bicycle. I told them if they ever set foot on my property again, I'd feed them to my Rottweillers.

I feel my constitutional rights of privacy and freedom from religion were violated by these punks on bikes. Is there anyway we can outlaw them? Or at least we can take away their bikes and they won't be to bug as many people?

Just something I came across and it made me curious.

When someone of mixed race is called "white chocolate", does, the term only apply to someone who's white/black or also to people who are white/black, white/Indian (Asian), and white/Hispanic?

Just curious. This is in no way meant to be racist.
